THE PROBLEM
Three controllers that never talk to each other
Many machines are built with a separate temperature controller, a separate humidity controller and a separate timer. Each does its own job, but none of them knows what the others are doing, and getting their data to the cloud is close to impossible.
The RD150 combines all three in one device, so a drying stage or an incubation cycle runs as one coordinated programme. It is fully configurable, which is why the same controller ends up in very different machines.

Cloud when you want it
Connected variants send data over TLS 1.2 to RIOD Live or your server, giving machine builders remote visibility of units in the field.

No. It is fully configurable and runs in incubators, dryers, germination and mushroom chambers, heating chambers and other OEM machines.
What happens if the temperature sensor fails?
The controller detects the failure and reports it, and the temperature cut-out protects the load.

Yes. Multiple recipes are stored on the controller, each with its own temperature, humidity and time settings.
