IVQ Base - Feasibility & Validation

IVQ Base is the validation and feasibility layer of IndustryVisionQ, designed for teams evaluating whether Vision AI is technically and economically viable for their use case. It allows factories to test camera placement, image quality, model feasibility, and detection reliability in real operating conditions before committing to full-scale deployment.

IVQ Base includes camera setup, data ingestion, baseline model configuration, and proof-of-concept workflows to validate detection accuracy, false positive rates, lighting robustness, and integration constraints. It enables stakeholders to visualize detections, assess operational impact, and confirm whether Vision AI can reliably address the targeted quality, safety, or productivity problem.

It is built for first-time adopters and pilot lines where the objective is not experimentation, but consistent daily use of Vision AI outputs in production workflows.

IVQ Core combines fixed camera setups, reliable edge and cloud data ingestion, pre-trained or custom-trained models, manual or scheduled retraining, and role-based dashboards. Detections are connected to SOPs, alerts, and workflows so operators, supervisors, and quality teams act on Vision AI outputs instead of just viewing them. Add-ons extend IVQ Core with additional use-case packs and MES or ERP integrations.

This transforms Vision AI from a dashboard into an operational system. IVQ Core improves consistency, reduces manual inspection effort, catches issues earlier, and embeds Vision AI into daily factory operations without introducing AI maintenance complexity.
