Hardware Design
Custom PCB design with integrated wireless modules, power management, sensor interfaces, and antenna design. We select components for longevity, availability, and cost, then optimize the layout for manufacturing.
Firmware Development
Bare-metal or RTOS-based firmware built for reliability. We implement communication protocols, sensor drivers, power management algorithms, and secure boot. Every firmware build is tested against real hardware from day one.
Cloud Backend
Scalable cloud infrastructure for device management, data ingestion, and analytics. We work with AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or custom MQTT brokers depending on your requirements. The backend handles device provisioning, telemetry storage, and alerting.
Mobile Application
Native or cross-platform mobile apps for device setup, monitoring, and control. We build BLE onboarding flows, real-time dashboards, push notifications, and user management. The app connects directly to your cloud backend through secure APIs.

Choosing the Right Wireless Technology
The right connectivity choice depends on your power budget, data throughput needs, range requirements, and deployment environment. We help you evaluate the tradeoffs and select the technology that fits your product.
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
Best for: Consumer devices, wearables, short-range sensors
Low power consumption, excellent for battery-operated devices. We implement BLE 5.0+ with custom GATT profiles, mesh networking where needed, and smooth mobile pairing experiences.
Wi-Fi
Best for: Home automation, industrial monitors, high-bandwidth devices
High throughput for data-heavy applications. We work with ESP32, Infineon, and Nordic platforms. Wi-Fi is ideal when the device has access to mains power and needs continuous cloud connectivity.
Cellular (LTE-M / NB-IoT)
Best for: Asset tracking, remote monitoring, field-deployed devices
Works anywhere with cellular coverage, independent of local infrastructure. We handle carrier certification, SIM management, and power optimization to maximize battery life on cellular-connected devices.
Hybrid Connectivity
Best for: Products that operate in multiple environments
Many products need more than one radio. A common pattern we build is BLE for local setup and configuration, combined with Wi-Fi or cellular for cloud connectivity. We architect the firmware to switch between radios intelligently.

Data Pipeline

OTA Updates
Secure firmware update system with versioning, rollback protection, and staged rollouts. Your product can improve continuously after deployment.
