Proven designs save the year you would spend finding the problems
A new IoT product spends most of its development time on things nobody plans for: the cable that skews a probe reading, the cold room with no signal, the power cut that empties the log. Our designs have already met those problems on real sites and been changed because of them.
Importing a finished device is faster, but you get no access to the design and little control over it. When a customer asks for a new feature, you wait on someone else. With licensed access to the design you can respond yourself and build your own engineering team around it.

White-label supply
Our device with your logo and labels from 100 units, usually supplied in batches of 100 to 500. Enclosure colour depends on the enclosure chosen, and app branding or a custom app is available.
Built to your specification
OEM and ODM production with the features, sensors, connectivity and power you need. A custom moulded enclosure adds about 4 to 6 weeks, and we have delivered moulded designs before.
Licensed technology transfer
Paid, licensed access to the design so you can manufacture it yourself. RNDSquare keeps the underlying IP, and you get the files and support to build and evolve the product.
SKD and CKD
Semi-knocked-down or completely-knocked-down kits for assembly in your country, as a step towards full local manufacturing.

Do we own the design after a technology transfer?
You receive paid, licensed access to the full design package and can manufacture and develop the product. RNDSquare retains the underlying IP.
What exactly is in the transfer package?
Schematics, PCB files, the bill of materials, firmware source and documentation. Jigs, calibration and test tools, manufacturing instructions and training are available as manufacturing enablement, priced separately.
How fast can we get branded units?
About four weeks for 100 units and about six weeks for 1,000, with logo and labels. A custom moulded enclosure adds about four to six weeks.
How is pricing set?
Each quote reflects the configuration, the customisation and the volume, so you pay for what your product needs. Customisation such as branding, moulding and app work is itemised.
What support do we get after transfer?
Support plans run for one, two or five years.
