
Water Quality Monitoring & Control Device
Industries and local water monitoring teams need continuous visibility of water quality to ensure safe usage, process reliability, and timely corrective action. Traditional manual testing is time-consuming and does not provide real-time data, alerts, or historical trends.
The requirement was to build a system that could monitor multiple water quality parameters, display live values on the device, send data to the cloud and mobile app, support calibration, and provide industrial outputs for control and reporting.
We developed an industrial-grade water quality monitoring and control device with a 7-inch touchscreen display, embedded firmware, sensor interface electronics, cloud connectivity, and mobile & tablet monitoring support.
The system supports up to 8 sensor channels, including pH, conductivity, TDS, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, chlorine, temperature, and flow rate. Live values are displayed on the device dashboard and can also be viewed remotely through the cloud platform and mobile app.
The device also includes USB data export, relay outputs, industrial output, password protection, calibration support, and WiFi-based firmware updates.
The final solution provides real-time visibility into water quality parameters across industrial and local monitoring environments. Operators can track live readings, view historical trends, export reports, configure alarms, and perform calibration directly from the device.
While the system is mainly designed for industrial water monitoring, it can also be adapted for local water and drinking water quality checking by using the required sensors, calibration methods, and applicable quality standards.
