Fleet & Factory Vehicle Management Platform

A large manufacturing enterprise operating internal logistics and vehicle fleets required a modern system to gain real-time visibility into vehicle movement, utilization, and operational performance. Their existing process relied heavily on manual trip logging, which led to data inaccuracies, lack of traceability, and limited oversight across factory and field operations. Without centralized monitoring, the client faced operational blind spots, inefficient vehicle usage, and no ability to analyze historical data or predict performance trends.

RNDSquare designed and delivered a comprehensive fleet and factory vehicle management platform by integrating GPS-enabled telematics devices with robust firmware and secure cloud infrastructure. The solution enabled continuous data acquisition through cellular connectivity and MQTT-based ingestion into a scalable Node.js backend. Custom web dashboards and an Android mobile application provided live tracking, trip history, analytics, and alerts, while an OTA update pipeline ensured devices and features could be updated remotely. Deployment was executed in phases, beginning with a pilot rollout and expanding to full fleet-wide adoption.
