What Is This Service?
This is a professional engineering service by RnD Square, not a self-service software feature. We design and build custom test jigs for your hardware product. The test fixture handles the mechanical and electrical interface to your board. The automation software runs the test sequence and logs results. Everything integrates with S3Suite so test data is traceable per device.
If your production line tests devices manually or uses ad-hoc scripts, this service replaces that with a purpose-built jig and structured test software that feeds directly into your S3Suite project.

Custom Test Fixture Hardware
Mechanical and electrical design of the test jig tailored to your PCB layout. Pogo pin beds, connectors, enclosure, and cable harness designed to your board outline.
Test Automation Software
Automated test scripts with defined pass/fail criteria, range validation, sequence control, and structured logging. Runs on a PC connected to the jig. Operator sees clear pass/fail with measured values.
S3Suite Integration
Test results are written directly to S3Suite via API. Each result is logged against the device serial number with pass/fail status, measured values, and timestamps. Full traceability from production line to S3Suite project.
Documentation Package
Complete documentation including test jig schematics, BOM, mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, test procedure manual, and maintenance guide.
