Hardware Design

Schematic design, PCB layout, power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, RF design, and signal integrity analysis. Our hardware team handles everything from simple sensor boards to complex multi-layer designs.

Firmware Development

Bare-metal programming, RTOS-based systems, embedded Linux, bootloaders, device drivers, and communication protocol stacks. We work with STM32, ESP32, NXP, TI, and other major microcontroller families.

Cloud Engineering

IoT cloud platforms on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Device management, data pipelines, real-time dashboards, APIs, and web applications. Our cloud team builds the backend systems that connect to our hardware.

AI and Machine Learning

Computer vision, defect detection, predictive maintenance, edge AI deployment, and data analytics. We build AI models and deploy them on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.

Modern Lab for Prototyping and Testing

Our Pune facility includes a fully equipped hardware lab where we prototype, test, and validate designs before they go to production. Having in-house lab capabilities means faster iteration cycles and fewer surprises during manufacturing.

Test and Measurement

Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power supplies. We have the instruments needed to debug and validate complex hardware designs in-house.

Prototyping

Soldering stations for fine-pitch components, reflow ovens, 3D printers for enclosure prototyping, and PCB assembly tools. We build and iterate on prototypes quickly without waiting on external vendors.

Firmware Testing

Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing setups, JTAG debuggers, protocol analyzers, and automated test fixtures. We validate firmware against real hardware throughout the development process.

Environmental Testing

Temperature cycling, humidity testing, and basic EMC pre-compliance checks. We catch environmental issues early before sending products to formal certification labs.

Communication Testing

RF test equipment for Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, and cellular. We validate wireless performance and range in our lab before field deployment.

Production Support

Test jig design and development, production programming tools, and quality inspection setups. We support the transition from prototype to production with proper testing infrastructure.
