Multi-Axle Truck Tire Pressure Monitoring

For long-haul truck operators, tire failures don't announce themselves slow pressure loss between manual inspections goes unnoticed until a blowout happens on the road. Multi-axle fleets had no automated way to monitor tire pressure and temperature across all wheel positions in real time. The result was preventable blowouts, higher fuel costs from under-inflated tires, and shortened tire life. Any monitoring solution also needed to work for years without requiring sensor battery replacements across a large fleet.

We developed a complete TPMS solution with wireless BLE sensor valves mounted at every tire position on the truck. Each sensor continuously measures tire pressure and temperature, transmitting readings to a 7-inch in-cab display that shows a color-coded axle map giving the driver an instant view of every tire's status while on the road. The sensors are engineered for a 5-year battery life, eliminating routine maintenance stops across the fleet. A built-in 4G gateway in the display unit pushes live TPMS data and GPS location to a fleet management cloud portal, where fleet managers can monitor every vehicle remotely, review alert history, and track pressure trends per axle position.
